Who?
Hi, I’m William, a passionate creator and advocate for mental well-being. For the past couple of years, I have been on my own journey of discovering who I really am, uncovering the Self that was buried under beliefs, expectations, and past experiences. This journey has not only been about healing but also about growth—learning to navigate life with more awareness, presence, compassion, and ultimately, more freely.
Why?
I initially wanted to start this blog purely to share my images. However, as I began working on it, my idea started to evolve. I realised that I also wanted to incorporate what I’ve learned on my well-being journey, which closely aligns with my photography experiences.
Through Reflect&Reframe, my goal is to create a space where I can share not only my photographs but also insights and lessons from my personal journey. Photography has been a powerful tool for me in fostering mindfulness, presence, and a deeper understanding of myself. I believe that by sharing my experiences, I can help others explore their own perspectives and enhance their mental well-being.
Here, you'll find a mix of photography projects, personal reflections, and practical tips on how to use photography as a means of self-exploration and growth. Whether you're looking to gain new insights, find inspiration, or simply enjoy the beauty of captured moments, I hope Reflect&Reframe offers something valuable for you.
Thank you for joining me on this journey.
William.
