Reflect on your experiences. Reframe your perspective.
Our mental health plays a big role in our overall well-being. I think photography has the potential to help.
My photography journey runs almost parallel with my well-being journey. I don’t think its overstating to say that photography, has been beneficial in helping with my own mental health and shaping my perspective on the world.
My purpose here is to create a community where people can find support, inspiration, and healing, whether it be through photography or the experiences shared.
Life is one big lesson. Learn from it.
You can learn a lot from looking back through your life. Our experiences shape us more than we realise. Through reflection, we gain insights into our past, see the paths we’ve taken, and understand how they have molded us.
A lot of the time, memories escape us, and this is where photography can help. An image can often transport us back to a specific moment in time, capturing where we once were in life and how we felt.
Having these visual reference points allows us to reflect on our experiences more clearly, deepening our understanding of our journey and helping us grow
Reflection = Self discovery
Discover the tools and techniques, along with photography, that have helped me on my journey. Whether you’re here for photography, self-help, or inspiration, I’m sure there is something that will resonate with you.
"To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place... I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them."
— Elliott Erwitt
